Payment and Delivery

To ensure freshness, we start to prepare your meat only after we received your order.


When ordering whole or half carcass meat, you will need to pay an initial amount (Deposit) based on the minimum weight of the type of grading you chose. This payment will be seen as the confirmation of your order. Your order of meat will now be prepared according to your specifications. The actual (final) weight of your meat order will be determined during packaging.
You will be sent an SMS message which will indicate the total cost of your order, as well as the outstanding balance (calculated on the final weight), which must be settled before the delivery date.

When your order consists of meat cuts specified by weight during the ordering process, then the actual weight of your meat order will always be equal or more than the weight indicated by you. The weight you chose during ordering, will be used to calculate your initial (deposit)  amount to be paid. This payment will be seen as confirmation of your order.

All payments must be done via EFT with your ORDER NUMBER AS REFERENCE.
Confirmation of the payment must reflect in our bank account before the date of delivery.
After payment is confirmed, your frozen and packaged meat order will be delivered to the delivery point as indicated by you.
You will receive an SMS message after delivery was done. You can now collect your order.

We make deliveries every Wednesday directly to your door.
Orders will be delivered on or before 14h00 at the Delivery Point.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order will not be packed or dispatched if payment confirmation is not reflected in our bank account.
