Payment and Delivery

To ensure freshness, we start to prepare your meat only after we received your order, we do not keep stock. This means we need +-14 days to prepare your order.

Payment

When ordering whole or half carcass meat, you will need to pay an initial amount (deposit) based on the minimum weight of the type of grading you chose. This payment will be seen as the confirmation of your order.

Your order of meat will now be prepared according to your specifications. The actual (final) weight of your meat order will be determined during packaging.

You will be sent an email message which will indicate the total cost of your order, as well as the outstanding balance (calculated on the final weight), which must be settled before the delivery date.

When your order consists of meat cuts specified by weight during the ordering process, then the actual weight of your meat order will always be equal or more than the weight indicated by you.

The weight you chose during ordering, will be used to calculate your initial (deposit) amount to be paid. This payment will be seen as confirmation of your order.

The actual (final) weight of your meat order will be determined during packaging.

All payments must be done via EFT with your order number as reference.
Confirmation of the payment must reflect in our bank account before the date of delivery.
After payment is confirmed, your frozen and packaged meat order will be delivered to the delivery point as indicated by you.

You will receive an email message after delivery was done. You can now collect your order.

We make deliveries to our pre-determined delivery points.
Orders will be delivered within 14 days at the delivery point.

Our Meat

We only use free-grazing animals in the production of our meat.

We slaughter and prepare meat only on order, and cut, package and freeze it immediately, resulting in less handling and more freshness. We do not keep stock in our freezer toom.

We only use accredited abattoirs and butchers and cut all meat according to the clients’ specifications.

Delivery points and dates

We make deliveries to our pre-determined delivery points.

Orders will be delivered within 14 days at the delivery point.
